The brain intends - the body reacts,
we get hurt - the body reacts
ConTact C.A.R.E. applies the Flinchlock Release Method to locate the trapped BONE pressure caused by surprise impact combinations.
What is ConTact C.A.R.E.
Contact C.A.R.E uses a method called the “Flinchlock Release” to find and release bone pressure that is trapped. This bone pressure is caused by surprise impact combinations. Quite often, the area you feel pain or discomfort has got pressure that needs to be released.
Basically, it means that our bones have their own way of defending themselves when they get hit unexpectedly. These defences are called 'Flinchlocks'. When our bones get hurt, our body tries to protect itself by shifting our balance and causing strain and tension in other parts of our body, which can make us feel more pain. ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release recognises that the impacted bone feels as if it is permanently pressurised and becomes the controller of the set length of the attached connective tissue. ConTact C.A.R.E Practitioners help find and release this tension in our bones to help us feel better after an injury or a scary event. It's a gentle and safe way to help our bodies heal.
It focuses on how our bones can protect themselves when they are hit unexpectedly. When this happens, our body's balance changes to adjust to the impact. It feels like we have extra weight on one side. Our bones tighten up and the rest of our body must work harder to keep us balanced. ConTact C.A.R.E Practitioners are trained to find and fix the problem causing this imbalance. They use a special technique to release the tightness/weight in our bones and help our body go back to normal. Practitioners are really good at noticing what parts of your body are not moving correctly. They understand that being still can be very powerful.
They have also noticed that the shape of our skull is related to the shape of our body. ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release helps to fix these reactions in our body by recreating the original pressure and position that caused the problem. This allows our body to relax and go back to its natural shape. When this happens, our body can work better, and we feel more balanced.

What do I do?
I help people by releasing the “Flinchlock” causing pain and discomfort in the body. I do this by performing a gentle and non-intrusive technique releasing bone pressure.
What can you expect from me as a trainee practitioner?
To be listened to carefully as you tell your story
To be observed closely while you instinctively move around your injuries
To be supported in comfort
To be educated in how the body instinctively protects itself under duress
To be given advice to support the body to normal function
To be given a sense in how your body is working perfectly in an ABNORMAL situation.
How will I do it?
I will pay close attention to your body and listen to it carefully to help you as much as possible. I will use gentle techniques with my hands to find and relieve any trapped pressure in your bones. It's important to me that you don't feel any pain while we are working together, so I'll ask you to stay in a position that feels most comfortable for you. After our session, it might take a few days for you to feel the full effects. Your body will be getting used to its new balance and state after any trapped pressure is released.

Facial / Body Correspondence
The Bio-mechanical pressure for pressure relationship of the head and body.
Statements like “as above, so below” and “for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction”, can be seen as literal descriptions of the involuntary bio-mechanical movements between the head and body. If I can’t get the lid off a jar, I screw up my cheek and turn my head towards it to get more power. In self-defence if you poke me in the ribs, I’ll wink at you, pressure for pressure. Martial artists use this involuntary reaction to manipulate their opponents. Impact to the cheekbone may hold the ribs tight on that side. Impacted ribs may block sinuses and grow moles. Impacted molars will stiffen knee joints. Impacted knees will wear out teeth. Double impact to corresponding head/body parts may be the cause of soft tissue dis-ease e.g., side of eye, upper ribcage simultaneous hit causing benign lumps in the breast several years later. Understanding these pressure-for-pressure relationships and applying the ConTact C.A.R.E approach may lead to amazing recoveries from ill-health situations (Dale W.Speedy, Founder)

SSS - Skeletal Sensory Shock
The ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release is a method that helps people who have had injuries to their bones and connective tissue. When a bone is injured, it can cause problems in other parts of the body even years later.
The method helps by understanding how the bones and connective tissue work together and finding the hidden causes of pain. Sometimes, when a bone is injured, it can make a person feel emotional or act differently.
These injuries can also cause stress from things like clothing touching the body. The injuries can also affect how a person feels about themselves and their relationships. This method helps to relieve the pressure and pain caused by these injuries in different parts of the body.
A few points to consider
When a bone gets hurt, it can cause problems in the body even years later.
It can affect how your body moves and works, like how your muscles and bones connect.
Sometimes, when you feel pain in one part of your body, it might be because of an injury in a different part. For example, if you hurt your cheekbone, it could affect your ribs and how you breathe. Or if you hurt your tailbone, it could give you really bad headaches.
When bones are impacted, it can also make a person feel like they can't do certain things anymore. It can make them feel restless and like they always have to be moving.
It can even cause other problems in the body that don't seem related at first. But when the pressure is released from the impacted bones, people feel better and have less pain.
